Yes it slips over the tube, instal it before screwing the bottle, and lightly tighten the two screws.

Does the Morini scatt clip come in 2 separate parts or does it slip over the tube?
I'm thinking after training does it come off easy enough?
Looking at it I'm guessing undo the screwws and slip it over the end of the tube?
Any further info I would be grateful.
